Received my @onedroptoday meter and began using it immediately. It has registered 50+ points higher than any of my former meters (checked each sample) and when I called them this am to inquire, was disconnected after a 5 min +/- hold. This company is a scam. #diabetes #badproduct

You have called. You called my work number instead of my personal number. You did not ask for me by name or leave a return phone number. My receptionist can't route a call without a name. I still can't reach you. This is terrible customer service.
