it took a while for me to explain it to my players but when we queue , all roles for me are all green times queues due to flex queue. it’s p cool.
This should help with cutting down the queues for dps players. Have you tried it?

however i’d never queue flex queue because uh... i didn’t understand it at first and it threw a poor support player into a tank game
