Moira needs a rework IMMEDIATELY. Give her a zarya style damage beam instead of the locking one she has now. Moira can just glance at people and kill them without aiming.

Personally I feel like the locking mechanic is fine she just need a major range reduction. She should not be able to be sitting on the floor and take down a Pharah.

Remove chain freeze for mei. Reduce size of her ult. Her ice heal is should not be a get out of jail free card.
