Most of them can't even play DPS but they keep trying
This is due to the lower amount of games on that level and a shortage of Tank and Support players. Jeff Kaplan predicted that this would be an issue. And that I would eventually fix itself as people switched to other roles.

I’m only plat and my average dmg queue wait time is 7-9 mins. I think it’s worth it to have a more balanced game, though.
