Let him repair while shooting in recon.
Smaller hotbox.
Some sort of movement while in sentry. Eg 2 steps in any direction every 6 seconds.
For total never gonna happen give him a shield

I’d like to see transform times slightly reduced OR a slight buff to their healing output/cooldown. Not both, though. They feel pretty great as-is, but either of these would make him more viable while solo queuing!
