this is a app called "Linux CLI Launcher" which replaces your launcher app with a terminal. It understands common terminal commands like mkdir, ls, cd or rm.

android without gapps and fdroid, I used to use sailfish OS on my trusty moto g 2014 until it broke...

It's really sad there is no mainstream OS such as Ubuntu, which would not track users. But Sailfish OS is a working option I use.
