"The agency’s proposed definition would define sex as either male or female..." determined “on a biological basis that is ... grounded in science...” Apparently they mean "science" not science? BC good luck using bio to show all bodies are male OR female. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/21/us/politics/transgender-trump-administration-sex-definition.html …

[Ignoring, of course, the bigger issues about trans rights, etc. I just mean to point out that even if you supported this law, you cannot use science to do so.]

All human bodies, including rare intersex/DSD cases, are classifiable as M or F.

I think the bigger problem with the proposed definition, from a science perspective, not an ethical one, is defining "gender" by genitals not sex by chromosomes. Defining "gender" by genitals is not biology.

So far from being liberated from gender, they are trapped in a straitjacket of their obsession with it.

What? It is Male or female. Sorry. That is the very bottom line. When you want to start fucking with it, well, you go right ahead honey, but until then... that's how we all come out... boy or girl
