Hi Ollie, I have just spoken with the concierge who advised they are just awaiting a heating element to get the pool up to temperature . Once the pool is at the right temperature it will be opened. They are hoping next week, Hannah

Hi Ollie, I have received the below update from Ryhs Brown: The pool is heating up but is take a bit longer than anticipated. We can’t open the pool until it is at a safe range, at the current rate that it’s heating we expect this will be next week. Hannah

Hi Hannah, this is a bit maddening as I've been told "next week" about 5 times now and it's been closed since September. It's not your fault but do you know if there are any plans for service charge compensation for residents as we've had 4 months without it?
