As someone who hasn’t picked up their switch in a year, is Hades the one to pick it up for, or will I find it frustrating? Feel I can only cope with a fairly frictionless experience at the moment.
It’s so good. Even dying is fun so you can whip through a run, do all the fun shit at the hub then jump back in when you fancy it. If you want something more chilled I can recommend Spiritfarer

Picked up Hades last night and am thoroughly enjoying it. Just the sort of pick up and play thing I needed.

It's so good, it feels both accessibly pick up and play but also deep in it's story over time. Very satisfying
