I think the plasmacytoid dendritic cells are the smoking gun. There doesn’t seem to be anything to suggest AJ is wrong (gone irreversibly after mild SARSCoV2) and several minimisers have stonewalled the subject when raised. This looks like a worst case scenario to me.

I've transported a highly contagious covid + relative in a closed car for three hours (air con w hepa was on). I wore an FFP2/N95 mask and remained symptom free. Anecdotal but reflects the science.

Our staff sickness rates on Covid wards plummeted and have remained at non-COVID ward levels for the last year.
The paper was prior to vaccination.
