    Russia has deployed S-400s to Grodno, Belarus. Yesterday, a train carrying personnel and equipment, possibly from the 210th Air Defence Regiment (Moscow Oblast) arrived in Grodno to form a joint combat training centre there. This deployment, however, could be related.
