Which typed language has ability to look into strings and distinguish them as different types ala regex or something?

Pattern matching is such a nice concept and Typescript doesn't has it, why?

Some atomic habits I got: - Hard task? Get more sweet stuff - Don't know where to start? Procrastinate - Need to do sports? Work hard, so you can tell your self you had no time - Need to make a decision? Oh here is an urgent thing to do real quick.

CSS-in-JS is a largely misunderstood approach to styling web applications due to the history of the web and a variety of use cases. Learn foundational ideas by building our own CSS-in-JS library with :

Second example is using a state machine just for building a class name to build a map of valid classnames, seems like it makes things more readable cc

I have rewritten a material-ui switch button with pseudo-code using an imaginary state machine: It makes variants color, size, edge each a state machine and makes it visible for each what values it can have, but overall I don't think it was worth it.

Oh am I going to have nested state machines?

For example when size is small and checked is on, then a property needs to be X etc etc.

I am missing something, what if a Switch has 2 combinable states "size = medium | small" and "checked = on | off" and state machine needs to describe each combination of those?
