Literally sitting here bouncing my leg scrolling through the TL, so I feel this about a million percent.

I was today years old when I realized why I do the “leg bounce.” I literally never made the connection to my anxiety.pic.twitter.com/iZbCbAPNqB

Also, to all those that probably did put 2+2 together but never told me, screw you guys. I’ve been doing this for 40 some years and thought I was just weird.

Alot of people with anxiety have undiagnosed ADHD, which is really sad. This is especially common with girls/women. Sorry for being so serious but it's really important!

I was diagnosed w/ anxiety but I didn’t get diagnosed with ADHD until grade 11. my symptoms flew under the radar until school became so difficult for me I had to leave for half a semester and become a part time student. that’s when I finally was diagnosed and started treatment.
