    Anyone claiming that there is "no easy bus solution" for the & that somehow a Gondola is a better solution is either ignorant or lying- or both.

    Gondola company-sponsored video includes astounding claim: "there's no easy bus solution" for Summer Street - about as big a fib as I've heard in a while. Also, last I looked Summer Street's flat-as-Florida topography bore no resemblance to Medellin Colombia. Other than that. . .

    Whether Lake Shore Drive has 6 lanes for drivers or 10, they're going to get jammed with cars during rush hours. So let's convert 2 of the existing 8 lanes to dedicated bus lanes so that more *people* (rather than vehicles) can be transported efficiently.

    Lost in this discussion is why the pols allowed this to happen in the first place. The State Police didn't go out there with MP5s and "commandeer" the ramp. The real (not covered) story here is the spinelessness of the pols & their lack of experience & understanding of transit.

    Driving to Fenway? Please park in an off-street parking lot. Do not park in spaces designated as Fenway/Kenmore Resident Parking. Please note that on-street parking restrictions are often implemented on event days at Fenway to further transportation access and public safety goals
