With genuine socialism, you would be doing work that you actually enjoy and want to do. All work will be voluntary. No one would be made to do anything they don’t want to do. That is what happens under capitalism.

What you call "genuine" is in fact "utopian" therefore impossible to achieve. I lived in genuine socialism till I was 18 and it was truly horrible. Work ethic was dreadful, people drunk in work hours, were stealing, quality of what they produced was very poor. There was no hope.
