Of course not! Miscarried fetuses are in hell for not being baptized (limbus infantium), together with all the people who have been born before Jesus waa around and therefore could not be baptized into Christianity (limbus patrum). Obviously!

Yes. And no. Limbus Infantium is not official doctrine of the Catholic Church anymore. But Limbus Patrum still is afaik. (But it was always a controversial concept. E.g. Titus Flavius Clemens was a very early opponent of the idea of a Limbus Patrum.)

What I find most amusing is the Catholic Churches argument for getting rid of Limbus Infantium: They just openly said that they think more people might choose Catholicism if there were no Limbus Infantium. They didn't even pretend that it's anything but a PR stunt.
