Of course not! Miscarried fetuses are in hell for not being baptized (limbus infantium), together with all the people who have been born before Jesus waa around and therefore could not be baptized into Christianity (limbus patrum). Obviously! #catholicism

Yes. And no. Limbus Infantium is not official doctrine of the Catholic Church anymore. But Limbus Patrum still is afaik. (But it was always a controversial concept. E.g. Titus Flavius Clemens was a very early opponent of the idea of a Limbus Patrum.)
