Well, I sincerely hope you guys could exchange ideas concerning RISC-V development, as It seems like now is a good time to actually improve things before they get set in silicon. But I'll be happy with just an awareness of each other :-)

Hi! Looks fairly good, although "shift counts mod XLEN" (which I realize is already a thing in base RV32I) is a recurring source of trouble.
