Filtering is not prevention.... or they will make it that way?

Filtering is at best "imperfect" on any platform, and it ignores any idea of presumption of innocence. By default you have to assume, as the platform allowing the sharing, that everything is breaking the rules unless it proves otherwise, an entirely illiberal proposition.
