To think "It's not a gun problem, it's a bad people problem" means to think that statistically the US has the worst people in the entire world. Apparently the country is a cestpool filled with (mostly white!) mass murderers. And some, I assume, are good people.

Remove those high crime counties if you want, the crime rate is still over 2 while being under 1 in Germany for example...
