I didn't use the word rape. There are many things that are not statutory rape but are outside of consent. And what counts as statutory rape differs in different legislations. (For example: Telling your partner that you put on a condom and then don't.)
But if you can't see what's morally wrong here without dragging it into a debate about semantics then I think I can't help you understand the issue.
