The problem is, of course, consent. According to the article "members were told not to inform the women about the contest". I would guess that the men in your "biggest dick contest" false equivalence are knowing participants, not the victims of (at best) a mean prank.

I didn't use the word rape. There are many things that are not statutory rape but are outside of consent. And what counts as statutory rape differs in different legislations. (For example: Telling your partner that you put on a condom and then don't.)
