I guess you want to have a PCB which does not require CNC´ing the outer lines, but only V-slotting.
This is not possible. The break-off part should be a proper PMOD module, so it must not be wider than 0.8 inches, but this is too small for the main section.

We might want to use a routing step to create "mouse bites" for easy breakaway anyway.
