Afaict the bits in a tile type do not vary over the one device. I'm right now in the process of doing a Kintex-7 device for comparison. This is the default Artix-7 region of interest, but you can configure any region in the settings.sh file and re-run the scripts.
I've picked this region because it is a large region with only CLBs. The region on the Kintex device contains a lot of BRAMs and DSPs. See settings.sh files in database directory.
