Boarding plane to leave the US after spending the last 5 weeks here. Feels strange to leave right when I get used to this strange place. I will be back to the Bay Area in February.

Yeah but how was the Lufthansa A380 and service?
The touch screens for the entertainment systems don't work very well and the lady behind me was playing games on it for 10 hours, effectively punching my seat the whole time. 
Otherwise it was a blast. Finally watched @sehurlburt's cppcon and @azonenberg's hardware.io talks.

I’ve done numerous flights on Emirates A380s between Dubai and Moscow, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Seoul. Awesome. I went to SFO in October, asked to go Lufthansa A380. HR said it was too expensive, put us on Air fucking France A380. It was NOT the same. Also: CDG
