You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more

Google usually records their tech talks. It's possible your Google talk will make it out to the public eventually (might take some time though).
They would need to review it to make sure it contains no Google secrets and might decide cut things like Q&A. It is unclear if that will happen for my talks. (Afaiu most Google tech talks are actually not publicly released for that reason.)
