I don't think so. (There isn't even a website for the announcement. :) I've also submitted a talk on riscv-formal for CCC. If they accept it then there will be a recording of that talk for sure.

Google usually records their tech talks. It's possible your Google talk will make it out to the public eventually (might take some time though).

They would need to review it to make sure it contains no Google secrets and might decide cut things like Q&A. It is unclear if that will happen for my talks. (Afaiu most Google tech talks are actually not publicly released for that reason.)
