This should build a .so file that is dynamically loaded by yosys as plugin. Those symbols are part of the main Yosys binary.
Yosys itself should be built with -rdynamic (ld -export-dynamic) to allow dynamic linking against those symbols.

I don't think anyone ever tested the whole plugin mechanism on Mac.. And I have zero linker magic knowledge that's relevant for OSX..
