I don't think so bc this are Yosys symbols it cannot resolve. I don't understand why it needs to resolve this symbols at all at build time.

This should build a .so file that is dynamically loaded by yosys as plugin. Those symbols are part of the main Yosys binary.

Yosys itself should be built with -rdynamic (ld -export-dynamic) to allow dynamic linking against those symbols.
