The EDSAC ISA is here & a simulator http://www.dcs.warwick.ac.uk/~edsac/ It used 5bit upper case alpha characters - way before ascii - so quaint & weird

Yeah, I've found that when I googled. I also found a simulator. But what I did not find is a concrete implementable ISA description.
