Bill of Rights protects everyone (citizen or not) within US borders from government overreach. So yes, because the news outlet is in US.

Who controls the news outlet does not matter. However, in cases like "Facebook blocked my post" no constitutional right is violated.

That's because Facebook is not a government organization. That's also why POTUS blocking ppl on Twitter is such big issue. POTUS is gov.

I might add that I am not "all for 1st amendment". There's greater good in blocking hate speech or targeted misinformation campaigns imo.
