Yeah, screw those weird "open braces in the next line" people!
I only put them in the next line if the block contains empty lines or it's a top-level block. Is this better or worse? :)

Sadly there is no GNU indent option for those rules, unless of course indent options are turing complete, which wouldn't surprise me at all.
