I have no idea where you get the patience to work with Xilinx tooling...
Imo Vivado is the best commercial FPGA design tool atm. But the bugs are really annoying. And their handling of bug reports is a farce.

The 4 months release cycles doesn't help either. Imagine how much easier tracking bugs would be if they had daily development builds..

If a bug gets fixed in an OSS tool I can verify the fix the same day. And I don't bother the developers for bugs already fixed in dev branch
