IceStorm (314628f) and Arachne-pnr (e7acac1) now have support for iCE40LP384 chips. I don't think anyone has tested it in-hardware yet.
If you have iCE40LP384 hardware and are brave enough to give it a try: Please do and let me know if there is blue smoke.
