Not yet, but maybe @oe1cxw would like to have it as part of the PicoRV32 repo? Else I'll put it up in a GitHub repo.
I'd guess its a single TCL script. We can just put it in picorv32/scripts/vivado/, if that's ok with you.
Sure! It's more than just a TCL script though. I'll put it in a repo, and we can go on from there.
I just posted the entire package: https://github.com/GuzTech/vivado-picorv32/tree/master/picorv32_1.0 … You'd know better how to integrate it into your repo.
We have very different approaches to packaging IP with vivado. Jfyi, this is my approach:https://github.com/cliffordwolf/SimpleVOut/blob/master/vivado_ip/simplehdmi.tcl …
Is it OK if I simply create a link to your repo? That might be the easiest thing maintenance-wise.
Of course you can link to my repo. I'll try to package it like your repo in the meantime. I've got a lot to learn.
Not saying that my way is better, btw. And a user might prefer your way, because they can just the the IP as-is.
I didn't even know you could do it with a single TCL script. Your method can be put in your repo more easily IMHO.
