Baby steps.. The first one might be to actually add a proper peephole optimizer to Yosys, i.e. a pattern lang + code gen

Right now we just have opt_expr. https://github.com/cliffordwolf/yosys/blob/master/passes/opt/opt_expr.cc … Hand written c++. For the most part t does const folding.

I've now increased the todo priority of a proper rule-based peephole opt. But will still need weeks until I get to it..
