re-ing the 7-series logic fabric bitstream is less ambitious than you might think .. says my friend.
and thanks to partial reconfig there is no need to re the entire bitstream. Only the tiles that make up the core logic fabric

That makes sense -- as the DSPs and other hard blocks may be tricky to encode... The V6 CLBS are described on that link I attached.

May be easy to extend that for support a V7 logic block
