I'm sure you know this but contracts often don't mean what they say and are used as extra-legal tools to control people e.g. by stipulating unreasonable conditions that are not actually legal to put into contracts. You need legal advice to understand what a contract really means.
I have already spent thousands of EUR on lawyer's fees in the last months trying to get out of this.

Great that you did that even if it didn't solve the problem immediately. Seems like you have a lot of good will from the community wanting to support you. Question is how that can be done productively, what would a solution to your problem look like.

What's the biggest near-term problem for you and your colleagues? Is it being personally and/or legally bullied, or paying the bills, or getting back into EDA hacking? Or something else entirely?

Would financial help from the community make a difference? We're ready and willing. Would emotional support from the community help? We're here. Abusers like him try to isolate their victims because they know they're vulnerable to anyone else helping the abused. We're here.
