You are thinking of non-competes for employees. This is for the shareholder. It's for until I got rid of the shares, which he is blocking me from doing. The AoA is public record, you can probably look it up online for a small fee if you're very curious.

I know that not how legal semantics work.. but even if you are the shareholder of a publicly known to be defunct company.. can you be in competition to that.. it cannot do anything. You have no opportunity within that defunct company and the other shareholders won't let you.

Discussed that all with lawyer. In the end it doesn't matter. I'd never survive this horror Long enough for court proceedings to go anywhere.
