They're mandatory in Poland for quite some time but the enforcement is so-so. New case number seems to be steady with slight rising tendencies (we had presidential elections last week, might have caused a slight bump).

Just curious, are there any "Muh Freedumb!" anti-maskers in Austria or do people just not wear them due to laziness?

They are there, but much less public and loud about it. In general, I feel that non-wearers are just ignorant or lazy but overall compliance is good (subjectively with n=1 at least).
