When it comes to being trans, the system isn't there to help you figure out what's wrong. It's literally there to prevent you from getting the care you need. 4/4

yes, also can i add that it is the exact same thing with autism diagnosis if you're not a stereotypical young boy? almost like mental health practicioners will try to make every possible diagnosis before addressing obvious underlying cause if the cause is Like That

Yeah. I usually score pretty high on those online ADHD and ASD tests. I'm pretty sure I have ADHD but doing something about it always felt like such a big hassle. But maybe self-medicating by micro-dosing REDACTED really isn't the best long-term solution..
