I'd like to say The Outcast but I haven't watched that episode in 10+ years (always skipped it bc it was too hard to watch), so idk.. Power Play is really good I think. Btw, the reason The Outcast is hard for me to watch is not the sad ending or the portrayal of bigotry, but that the episode establishes Soren's womanhood pretty much solely _through approval by Riker, a cis straight man_. (or not? idk.. my memory of that episode is fading.. ;)
