Me 12 months ago: So exhausted and I never really wanted to exist anyway. I guess I'll just finish some stuff and then kill myself. Me 8 months ago: Maybe I should transition after all. Society has changed a lot since the '90s.. Society: WTF are you doing!? You shouldn't exist!

It must be so hard, but remember to don't worry about society, worry about yourself only
It would be so easy if society would not be trying to actively prevent me from getting the health care I need or identifying documents that have my right gender on them.. and then use the fact that and don't have those documents to deadname and misgender me at every opportunity.

As far I can tell from my country perspective, at Spain is still there a long way to solve all the legal rights and problems that you mentioned... 
And of course there is still lot of hateful people...
