I suggest some CV system to detect the note-pinning, that when triggered will raise the/a drawbridge (or lock the front door, or spam the area with glue balls or glitter).

It's a systemic issue. I'd like the people who built the system for their own benefits to suffer. I highly suspect that's not the drivers..

the one and only time i ever saw a gls delivery guy was during the quarantine when the drop-off points were all closed. it's just how the company works in the city.

I strongly object to the last sentence. A business model that has lying to customers as inherent component is not "working". This should be illegal. I'm pretty sure it actually is. The people who profit of that should be prosecuted and put in prison. I'm dead serious about this.

I ended up here because I am trying to find out how to contact GLS. I've *never* had a parcel delivered by them, and *never* has the driver rung my doorbell. This has happened ~10 times now. I'm always home - I work from home! So frustrating

This time I put a big sticker on my doorbell saying PLEASE RING THE DOORBELL and they didn't. I guess they never even get out of the van.
