when I was in elementary school I hated when they gave us rhymes as mnemonics for things when the critical information wasn't even in the rhyming words, so you could shuffle the information around and not notice

Here is a (non-rhyming) mnemonic that I hate that has the critical information in the sexism: "Er läuft ihr nach, es sei denn es handelt sich um Kapazitäten." (It's about voltage and current in inductors and capacitors. Der Strom und die Spannung.)
Also, imo it's a thousand times easier to just remember the physics than to decipher this cryptic thing. In fact, every time I tell someone this horrible sentence I have to double check that I got it right by going through the basic physics in my head..
