running a business like that. But they aren't because it's big corporations and "everyone is doing it". This is happening to me all the time, but in this specific case it was GLS who stole my time and money for their petty profit. 3/3

Tried to pick it up before going to the airport. The note they left me of course has just an address on it. No information on opening hours. So I went there at the latest time I could without risking to miss my flight: 10am. They open at 11am. Another hour of my time wasted.

I hope everyone profiting from this scam dies. I really do. Everyone who thinks it's acceptable to waste hours of other peoples lives in order to gain cents in profits is completely expendable. Even more so when they charge extra for a service they don't intend to provide.

And I now had to take a cab to the airport so I am not late. Another 30 EUR lost because of this fraud. This is like breaking a car window to steal something that has a resell value of just a few euros.
