If you’ve changed your IDs and gender marker, and live as your true self 24/7 that counts as full time, definitely.
Changed IDs and gender marker are an extremely high bar in some countries.. impossible even in some cases.

I know.. still had to say it. It's kind of a pain point for me.. In Austria you couldn't change gender markers without GCS until 2006. I abandoned the idea of being trans in 1998 on the basis of not having the right type of dysphoria bc I didn't want GCS.. FML (Sry, I'm a downer)

i’m lucky that in canada it’s been a pretty easy process. it cost me nothing to correct my gender, and my name change only cost a couple hundred $

The change itself is pretty cheap in Austria. But until 2006 it was only possible after GCS. Now you "just" need statements from a psychiatrist and a psychologist. But that can cost up to 1k Euros. This is not a big issue for me. But not everyone is so lucky.
