No IPs remain to be called as IPs. But there are RTL kernel which instantiate RTL design. But we have to see in perpective that the developers now might not essentially be a hw engg. Just terms, talking what your users understand.

So what is considered a "kernel" then if that's not all IPs? And how does that relate to the original statement of "2/3 or 3/4 of customers are using HLS"?
