even the tea?!? (I don't even own a microwave. I just have a hard rule to never sit down or walk away from the stove. Life was much harder before I could scroll through twitter while watching my food.)

For the tea I heat up water in a small boiler and then literally stand in my kitchen for 8 minutes. (That's the ideal time! :) Usually I clean up the kitchen in that time. I haven't had tee in three weeks because I don't want to stand in my freezing cold kitchen for 8 min.
