I wrote the above tweet knowing I'd likely not going to leave the house today, not going to dress up, not going to put on makeup, or do any of the other stereotypical crap I do to make my body feel right. Now it's 8 hrs later and I already feel the darkness creeping up on me.

Oh thanks! Don't worry, I'll be fine by tomorrow evening. Just need to get out and be myself. Long term HRT will hopefully improve things a lot..
