I can confirm for the model where you only occasionally work from home. Most of those benefits only start to properly kick in when working remote is the norm and going to in-person meetings the exception. For example, you won't start doing yoga in breaks for that one day..

I guess it really depends on the job. Even if I had one that would allow for regular remote work, I would need to set up a dedicated room where I could lock myself in.
